Works closely with management to foster effective working relationships and ensure alignment with Marsh objectives. Delivers efficient and effective business processes for quality service to clients. Coordinates and delegates special projects to staff.   Demonstrates strong managerial skills and strong knowledge in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and  financial reporting and analysis. Exercises expense control in compliance with corporate guidelines. Evaluates teams on a regular basis to ensure positions within the teams are appropriate and operating to achieve maximum productivity. Conducts performance appraisals, fosters employee development, interviews as appropriate, and serves as a role model for the operation. Monitors return on investment and profitability. Leads change management initiatives and continues to add and contribute to process improvements.
